As the chief customer officer for Auntie Anne's, Inc., Scot works closely with the peer-elected franchisee leadership team and helps to foster ongoing collaboration between the corporate headquarters and franchisees. The "customer" in his title represents the corporation's emphasis on providing superior support to franchisees; each franchisee is considered a valued customer. Scot also oversees the continued enhancement of operational and business consulting provided to franchisees through his oversight of the information systems, store support, and communications departments.
Scot began his career with Auntie Anne's® in 1993 as the national director of store support. He was promoted to vice president of store operations in 1998 and then to vice president of communications in 2000.
Before joining Auntie Anne's, Scot spent seven years as a consultant for a franchise consulting firm in Chicago. Scot received both his undergraduate degree in English and an MBA from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Ill.
Scot, his wife, and two sons live in Lancaster, Pa., and enjoy family activities, traveling, classic rock concerts, computers, and cheering for the Chicago Cubs®.
