  • Because Auntie Anne's is a franchise organization, please contact your local Auntie Anne's for donation requests.
  • How does the Original Pretzel have only 5 grams of fat?
  • It's true. Our Original Pretzel only contains 5 grams of fat, and, yes, it is lightly dipped in butter. Since Auntie Anne's Pretzels are made fresh in our stores, you can request your pretzel without butter for a lower calorie option or order your pretzel without salt. You may not know that our Original, Cinnamon Sugar, and Jalapeño Pretzels, when served without butter, average just 1 gram of fat. Visit our nutrition section to find out more.
  • How can I reheat my pretzels at home?
  • Here are our suggestions for reheating your pretzel:
    • Conventional Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 400°. If pretzel is frozen, allow it to thaw. Wrap pretzel in foil and bake approximately 3 minutes.
    • Microwave Oven: If pretzel is frozen, allow it to thaw. Microwave pretzel for approximately 10-15 seconds on medium setting. Repeat as necessary.

  • Is Auntie Anne a real person?
  • Yes, "Auntie Anne" Beiler founded Auntie Anne's in 1988. She and her husband, Jonas, opened a farmers market stand that originally sold many different snacks, including pretzels and her Old-Fashioned Lemonade. After a little experimentation, the dough our company uses for all of our fresh pretzels was born. In 2005, Anne sold the company and is proud of what she started.

  • Lot code and expiration dates can be found on the product's side panel. To ensure quality, product (including all package contents) should remain frozen.

  • Products sold at Auntie Anne's franchise locations are baked fresh in-store. In order to provide you with a great Auntie Anne's experience at home, we use the same proprietary blend of flour used in our stores.
  • Are the frozen pretzel products trans fat-free?
  • All frozen products are trans fat-free.
  • Are the frozen pretzel products kosher?
  • The Auntie Anne's Frozen Pretzel and Nugget products are kosher-dairy. The Pretzel Pocket Sandwiches and Pretzel Dog are not kosher.

  • How do I prepare my frozen pretzel product?
  • Classic Soft Pretzel:
    Oven or Toaster Oven Instructions:
    1. Heat unopened, frozen butter packet in microwave for 30–40 seconds.
    2. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 425° and place frozen pretzels on a baking sheet.
    3. Bake for 4–6 minutes.
    4. Spread/brush butter onto hot pretzel.
    5. Sprinkle salt on pretzel, and enjoy!

    Toaster Instructions:
    1. Heat unopened, frozen butter packet in microwave for 30–40 seconds.
    2. Place frozen pretzel in wide-mouth toaster.
    3. Toast for 3–4 minutes on medium temperature.
    4. Spread/brush butter onto hot pretzel.
    5. Sprinkle salt onto pretzel, and enjoy!

    Microwave Instructions:
    1. Heat unopened, frozen butter packet in microwave for 30–40 seconds.
    2. Microwave frozen pretzel on high for 30–40 seconds.

    Classic Pretzel Nuggets:
    Oven or Toaster Oven Instructions:
    1. Heat unopened, frozen butter packet in microwave for 30–40 seconds.
    2. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 425°.
    3. Remove frozen nuggets from pouch and place on a baking sheet.
    4. Bake in oven for 3–5 minutes or until heated through.
    5. Spread/brush butter onto heated nuggets and sprinkle on salt. Enjoy!

    Microwave Instructions:
    1. Heat unopened, frozen butter packet in microwave for 30–40 seconds.
    2. Heat unopened nugget pouch in microwave for 20 seconds or until heated through.
    3. Carefully open nugget pouch, add butter and shake.
    4. Sprinkle on salt. Enjoy!

    Pretzel Dog:
    Oven or Toaster Oven Instructions
    1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°.
    2. Remove Pretzel Dog from plastic wrap.
    3. Place pretzel dog on microwave-safe plate; heat on high for 60 seconds.
    4. Remove from microwave and place pretzel dog on a baking sheet.
    5. Bake in oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until exterior is crispy and internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165.
    6. Enjoy!

    Microwave Instructions:
    1. Remove Pretzel Dog from plastic wrap and place on a microwave-safe plate.
    2. Microwave for 60–90 seconds or until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165.
    3. Enjoy!

    Pretzel Pocket Sandwiches:
    Oven or Toaster Oven Instructions
    1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400°.
    2. Remove pretzel pocket from plastic wrap.
    3. Wrap completely in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
    4. Bake for 36 minutes or until crispy.
    5. Remove pretzel pocket from oven and wait two minutes.
    6. Enjoy!

    Microwave Instructions:
    1. Remove pretzel pocket from plastic wrap and place on microwave-safe plate.
    2. Microwave individual pretzel pocket for 90 seconds.
    3. Enjoy!
